What we did
In 2014, after a review of the existing services, the Client agreed that the best approach to enhancing foodservice was through a formal tender of the services. The Client wanted to transform the foodservice offered to consumers and to turn the Waterside Café into a central feature of the park, drawing in customers with an attractive selection of food and an inviting, relaxing atmosphere.
Results
We identified underperformance from the existing offer and undertook a formal Tender process for the Café facility. Following this, we oversaw the delivery of the refurbishment of the Café and managed the Café contractor on behalf of the Client.
We are still engaged with the Client on the management and development of Croxley Park’s F&B offer.
