What we did​

Our team worked with Land Securities on their Trinity Leeds asset from 2009, when it was in the early stages of development. Our initial instruction included a thorough review of the Leeds foodservice market, a volume assessment and foodservice strategy.

We have since been involved in several projects including Trinity Kitchen – a ‘deconstructed’ Food Court, comprised of local street food kiosks.

We were also engaged to review 11 Land Securities schemes including Trinity Leeds which continues show excellent performance.

​Among it’s many awards, Trinity Leeds was Global ICSC’s 2015 ’Best of the Best’ designed Shopping Centre, MAPIC’s 2013 ‘Best Retail Estate Development in a City Centre’, and has been voted one of the UK’s ‘Coolest Brands’.
