Galeria Młociny Warsaw

What we did​

We worked with Echo Investment on their new scheme development in Warsaw, Galeria Młociny . The development trades across 82,000m² (including offices) opened in 2019 and features over 20 foodservice units. Our work included 2 phases, focussed around design planning support, demand and capacity modelling for foodservice as well as an understanding of the local competitive market.

Results

More than a year before the opening, 75% of the area of Galeria Młociny was already leased. Our plans aided the client in ensuring the right foodservice spaces were created, to entice specific operators into the development.
